Undefeated is a calculation tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, pension advice, credit advice, insurance advice, or a recommendation to make financial decisions.

Undefeated is designed to be privacy-conscious and local-first.

In simple terms:

• You do not need an account to use Undefeated.
• We do not ask you to connect a bank account.
• We do not ask you to connect an investment account.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Your calculator inputs, saved scenarios, scenario comparisons, and last-run context are intended to stay on your device.
• If you clear your browser storage, change browser, or change device, local saved data may no longer be available.
• We use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent.
• Undefeated’s own code does not set first-party analytics cookies.
• Lovable Cloud may provide cookieless, aggregated page and visit analytics.
• We may collect limited technical information needed to run, secure, and improve the website.
• If you contact us, we will use your contact details to respond.

When you use Undefeated, you may enter financial assumptions such as:

These inputs may be sensitive to you, but Undefeated is designed so that this information is stored locally in your browser, not sent to us as part of the normal calculator experience.

This means:

• we do not normally receive your calculator inputs;
• we do not normally receive your saved scenarios;
• we do not normally receive your scenario comparisons;
• we do not normally receive your last-run history;
• we cannot usually recover this local data for you if you delete it or change device.

Undefeated may use browser storage, such as local storage, to keep calculator information on your device.

This may include:

• your latest inputs;
• saved assumption scenarios;
• scenario names;
• last-run context;
• theme preference;
• product preferences needed for the interface to work.

This storage helps Undefeated feel useful when you return.

You can remove locally stored Undefeated data by clearing your browser storage for the site. Your browser settings determine how this works.

When you visit Undefeated, our hosting provider or infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• device type;
• pages requested;
• date and time of request;
• security and error logs;
• approximate region derived from request information.

We use this to:

• deliver the website;
• keep the service secure;
• detect errors;
• understand reliability and performance;

Undefeated is hosted on Lovable Cloud. Lovable’s own privacy policy describes automatic collection of technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps and error logs, and says log data is retained for up to 90 days unless required by law.

Undefeated uses Lovable Cloud analytics.

Based on our current implementation, Lovable analytics is cookieless page and visit aggregation. It may include aggregated information such as:

• visitors;
• pageviews;
• bounce;
• referrer;
• device;
• country.

Undefeated’s own code does not set first-party analytics cookies.

Lovable controls the platform analytics infrastructure and retention. Lovable’s published privacy policy should be treated as the authoritative source for Lovable’s own processing and retention practices. Lovable’s privacy policy states that it collects technical and log data for platform operation, security, analytics and improvement, and that log data is retained for up to 90 days unless required by law.

Analytics data should not include your locally stored calculator inputs, saved scenarios, scenario comparisons, or last-run context.

Undefeated does not send calculator inputs, saved scenarios, scenario comparison data, or last-run context to Lovable analytics.

Undefeated uses Cookiebot by Usercentrics to manage cookie consent.

Cookiebot may be used to:

• display a cookie banner;
• store and manage cookie consent choices;
• block non-essential cookies until consent is given;
• help present a cookie declaration.

Cookiebot provides a cookie declaration product that helps disclose cookies and trackers used by a website.

Undefeated may use cookies and similar technologies for different purposes.

At present, Undefeated does not provide a separate cookie-settings link in the footer. Before publication, consider adding a persistent Cookie settings link so users can easily reopen Cookiebot preferences.

• send your calculator inputs to Lovable analytics;
• claim that your Financial Independence Year is guaranteed.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Undefeated.

These may include:

• Lovable Cloud, for website hosting, infrastructure, deployment, technical logs, and cookieless aggregated site analytics;
• Cookiebot by Usercentrics, for cookie consent management;
• Resend, for email or support communications where applicable;
• security and infrastructure providers;
• professional advisers where necessary.

These providers should only process information for the purposes we instruct or for their own limited legal, security, or service-operation purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Undefeated may display market or reference information using server-side requests.

Current market-data behaviour:

• The browser does not contact FT Markets or Alpha Vantage directly.
• The Cloudflare Worker may fetch four fixed FT Markets tearsheet URLs server-side:
• INX:IOM
• DJI:DJI
• FTSE:FSI
• FTSM:FSI
• The request uses a static User-Agent.
• No user identifiers, cookies, IP-forwarding data, calculator inputs, saved scenarios, scenario comparisons, or last-run context are sent to FT Markets or Alpha Vantage as part of this feature.

If a future integration sends user data to a third-party market-data provider, this policy must be updated before that feature is shipped.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK or your country.

Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other mechanisms recognised by applicable law.

Lovable Cloud, Cookiebot by Usercentrics, Resend, and other providers may process information in countries outside the UK depending on their service configuration. Before publication, Undefeated should confirm the relevant provider arrangements and update this section if needed.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed.

Typical retention approach:

• local calculator data: stored in your browser until you clear it or the browser removes it;
• cookie consent records: kept for as long as needed to record and manage consent preferences;
• Lovable Cloud technical logs: retained according to Lovable’s own retention practices; Lovable’s privacy policy states that log data is retained for up to 90 days unless required by law;
• aggregated Lovable analytics: retained according to Lovable’s platform settings and privacy documentation;
• support messages: kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain records;
• technical logs: kept for a limited period needed for security, debugging, and reliability;
• mailing-list data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

If we do not have a fixed period, we use criteria such as the purpose of the data, legal requirements, security needs, and whether the information is still useful.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.

However, no website or browser storage method is completely secure.

Because Undefeated stores calculator data locally, you should protect your own device and browser profile. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile may be able to see locally stored information.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights over your personal information.

These can include the right to:

• be informed about how your data is used;
• access personal information;
• correct inaccurate information;
• erase information;
• restrict processing;
• object to processing;
• receive information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If data is stored only in your browser and we do not receive it, we may not be able to access, correct, export, or delete it for you. You can usually manage that local data through your browser.
